Her work integrates clinical nutrition, biomarker analysis, and lifestyle nutrition medicine to translate cutting-edge longevity science into practical health strategies for disease prevention and recovery.

Anna is currently a PhD candidate researching the role of Omega-3 fatty acids and advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in aging populations.

Through her research, programs, and international speaking engagements, she works with individuals and organizations seeking evidence-based approaches to extend healthspan and optimize long-term wellbeing.
